Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that all the body’s organs and systems are linked to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, ears, and face. The feet in particular hold a map of the body, reflecting what’s happening inside. When there’s tension or imbalance, physical or emotional, these reflex points can feel sensitive.

During a reflexology session, I work systematically across both feet, applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points. This process can ease stress, support well-being, and with regular sessions, may help improve symptoms over time.

Please note: Reflexology is a complementary therapy and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Throughout Pregnancy

As your pregnancy progresses, reflexology may help with:

  • Relief from swollen ankles and feet

  • Easing nausea and digestive discomfort

  • Supporting better sleep and energy levels

  • Reducing anxiety and promoting calm

  • Managing aches and pains

  • Supporting hormonal balance

Birth Preparation

In the later stages of pregnancy, reflexology sessions focus on preparing your body for birth and helping you feel calm, rested, and ready.

Post-Natal Recovery

After birth, reflexology can support your recovery, help with relaxation, and provide much-needed time for rest and self-care during the demanding post-natal period.
