1. General Information

All treatments provided are professional reflexology services offered by myself, Linda Hahn, and are intended to support wellbeing and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or email. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at my discretion. If you arrive late I will still need to finish your treatment at the allotted time so as not to run late for my next client.

 

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include card, bank transfer and cash.

 

4. Health Conditions
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions and ongoing treatments prior to the session. Reflexology may not be suitable for certain conditions, and your safety is a top priority.

 

5. Privacy & Confidentiality
